What is included in my ticket?

Your Dragonfly Summit ticket gives you access to two immersive days of transformative experiences featuring world-class speakers, expert-led sessions and wellness workshops.

Topics include innovation, vitality, leadership, wellness, and energy to help you lead well.

You will also enjoy an entry to the Wellnest Area offering diverse healing experiences and an access to our summit only networking event. 

The ticket does not include accommodation, meals, travel expenses or costs for optional activities such as:

• Book signings (unless stated on your ticket type).

• Other wellness add-ons at the Wellnest Area or partner locations

• Any activities hosted outside of the Summit

• Local tours and sightseeing trips

Which airport should I fly into?

Bangkok’s main international airport is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) located approximately 40 minutes from the event venue. Don Mueang Airport (DMK) is also an option.

Do I need a visa to attend?

Please check the visa requirements for Thailand based on your nationality. For further details, refer to the Visitor Information from the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

When should I arrive?

The Dragonfly Summit runs from 27-28 September 2025 with various activities leading up to the event from the end of March.

Registration opens at 7.30 AM on Saturday, 27 September, 2025. The main program begins at 9AM and concludes at 7PM daily (This maybe subject to change)

We recommend arriving earlier to explore the vibrant city of Bangkok, get connected with the community and settle in before the Dragonfly Summit.

Where can I get my ticket?

Tickets can be purchased online. Door sales will only be available if the event has not sold out. The summit is limited to 2,500 participants so we encourage early booking to secure your spot. For corporate or bulk purchases, please email us here

What should I bring?

Please bring an open mind and enthusiasm to connect, learn and transform. An iPad or notebook and pen for taking notes is recommended. Bring a light jacket as the venue may get cold. Don’t forget your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid ID for registration.

Is the event recorded?

Yes, the Dragonfly Summit will be recorded for marketing purposes..

Can I volunteer for the Dragonfly Summit?

Yes, you can volunteer with us. Volunteers are responsible for covering their own travel, accommodation and personal expenses. Please email us your expression of interest.

Will there be meals provided?

Meals are not included in the ticket price, but there will be a variety of food vendors including plant-based and dietary-friendly options, available at our Bazaar..
